Our Process

How We Build Your Cabinets, Step by Step

From the first conversation to the final cabinet door hanging true, every project follows a considered 5-step journey — so nothing feels rushed and nothing is left to chance.

Design consultation — listening to a couple about their kitchen goals
Step 1 · Discovery

Discovery

Understanding your space, goals, and timeline.

Every great kitchen begins with listening.

When you first come to us, our team takes the time to understand how you live, what your goals are, and what challenges your current space presents. We'll talk about your style, requirements, and the day-to-day uses of the cabinetry. We analyze your space and look at ways to optimize the cabinetry to fit your needs.

Our goal is simple: gather all of the information to truly understand you.

Step 2 · Quotation

Quotation

Customized pricing for your job.

Actualizing your ideas.

Once we understand your needs, we will prepare a detailed quote and pricing for you to review and modify as needed.

What to Expect

  1. A general estimate and drawing based on the details you've provided, including any optional designs or materials you request.
  2. Competitive pricing — our prices are some of the best on the island.
  3. Free adjustments to the contract and drawings — we work closely with you so the cabinets are exactly what you're looking for.
  4. Excellent customer service, responding to any questions you may have — happy to speak over the phone or meet in person to discuss any questions or concerns.
  5. Clarity about the cabinet and quartz industry and its standards.

Step 3 · Finalizing

Finalizing

Making sure you are confident in the product you will receive.

Once you are happy with your quote(s), we'll finalize the details by going over your full cabinet and countertop package — and arranging an on-site visit to measure and lay out the cabinets.

Finalizing Includes

  1. A detailed meeting with our design experts to make sure you have 100% confidence in the cabinetry you'll receive.
  2. A site visit to check all sizes and layout, ensuring that the cabinets are built to your custom space.
  3. Clear timelines for the installation schedule, coordinated with you based on your availability.
  4. Only after you are certain you've made the right pick will we ask for any form of payment.

Step 4 · Order

Order

From plan approval to production.

This is where we excel — we coordinate the production of the cabinetry and the purchase of all the hardware needed to bring your ideas to life.

What to Expect

  1. Confirmation of lead times for installation, with follow-ups to keep you on the most up-to-date timeline.
  2. Flexibility in scheduling — both new builds and renovations can come with unforeseen delays, and we work with you through any unexpected changes.
  3. Follow-ups on any outstanding information, such as appliance specifications.
  4. A detailed list of what we need from you to prepare your room for installation.

While your cabinetry is in production, your contractor can complete plumbing, flooring, and electrical work — keeping the overall project on schedule.

Step 5 · Install

Install

Where craftsmanship meets completion.

It's time for installation.

All of your work has led to this — it is finally time to see your cabinets. Our team has years of experience and sharp attention to detail to make sure your new cabinets are installed to perfection.

We know that installation is one of the most challenging phases of a remodel or build, which is why our process is designed to keep things organized and predictable. From delivery scheduling to finalization, we manage every step carefully to ensure a beautiful final result.

What to Expect

  1. Installation. Our experienced installers will level, secure, and align each cabinet with precision. Every seam, joint, and panel is checked to ensure a clean, consistent finish.
  2. Follow-ups. We check that everything has been installed to the highest industry standard and offer additional support when needed.
  3. Additional services. If additional trips are needed, we'll book a prompt follow-up to handle any of your needs.

How We Prepare for a Smooth Installation

  1. Our quality assurance team does a thorough check over all cabinetry before we bring it to your site.
  2. Our installers review the plans before visiting your site.
  3. Our office maintains routine communication and makes sure you're prepared — with customized plans based on site timelines.

What We Need from You

  1. Removal of existing cabinetry and countertops — if it wasn't quoted within our contract, we'll schedule this before installation when requested.
  2. Drywall, flooring, plumbing, and electrical works are installed.
  3. Appliances, sinks, and hardware are on site but outside the install area.
  4. The space is clear of other contractors during installation.
